Welcome and introductions were made by Cat Scafidi and Ms. Iza-Rodriguez.

Quorum being present meeting was called to order.

New Business:

            Motion to organize as Howard Doolin Middle School PTSA. M/S/P

            Proposed By Laws were approved.

            54 Memberships received to date.

            Election of Officers:

                        President:                              Maria Gomez

                        1^st President:             Luis Pacheco

                        2^nd President             (slate is open)

                        3^rd President                          Kelly Padilla

                        Treasurer:                              Zaida Rivera

                        Recording Secretary:           Barbara Prieto

                        Corresponding Secretary:   Yanelis Alicea

Have no other nominations brought to the floor M/S/P to approve the above named as officers for Howard Doolin Middle School PTSA.

            Officers were installed by Cat Scafidi.

Other Business:

Meeting of the Executive Board was set for Tuesday, September 25 at 6:00 p.m. meeting location conference room in the school office.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
