AGENDA

Our staff has decided to use a Student Handbook, known as the "Agenda", with all of the students at Howard A. Doolin Middle School.  Our purpose in providing this agenda is to increase and facilitate communication between home and school, to help students be better organized and plan ahead, to further personalize communication between teachers and students, to provide a sense of consistency for students from class to class, to help students with study skills, and to reinforce our school philosophy and Code of Student Conduct.

Teachers will regularly have students keep track of assignments and long term projects in their Agenda.  As parents, you can assist us by reviewing the information in the Agenda with your child, checking the Agenda on a daily basis, and using the Agenda to write notes to a particular teacher. 

This system was created for you.  We believe that by working together, it will have significant value for all of our students.
